Baccarat tables display a set of coloured roadmaps recording how previous hands went. They are genuinely useful as a scoreboard and they are not predictive, because every deal is independent of the one before it.
A run of banker wins says something true about the past and nothing at all about the next hand. Any system built on reading those grids is arranging the same bets in a different order, and the arithmetic is unmoved. That is the honest version, and it is worth knowing before somebody sells you the other one.

Is there any skill in baccarat?
Only in bet selection, and that is a one-off decision rather than a skill. The cards are dealt by fixed rules with no choices for anybody at the table, including the dealer.
