The round
One Round, From Start to Finish
- Bets go down on Player, Banker or Tie, as at any table.
- Multipliers are revealed before the cards come out, attached to particular outcomes.
- The hand is dealt under ordinary baccarat rules.
- Winning bets settle, boosted if they match a multiplier, paid normally if they do not.
The constant
What Remains Ordinary Baccarat
Everything about the cards. The values, the naturals and the third-card rules are unchanged, which is why the hand itself plays out like any other — our third-card guide applies here word for word.
The paytable
What to Read Before You Bet
- The multiplier range the table can award, shown in its info panel.
- How the boost is funded — a fee on each bet or reduced standard payouts, stated in the paytable.
- The table limits, which can differ from a plain baccarat table.
A multiplier is paid for out of the table’s pricing, so Hot Road costs more per hand on average than standard baccarat. It is a trade: a higher ceiling for a higher price.

Questions
Hot Road — Questions From the Floor

It adds a multiplier stage before the deal. The cards and the drawing rules stay exactly the same.
When are Hot Road multipliers revealed?
Before the cards are dealt, attached to particular outcomes for that round.

On average, yes. The multipliers are funded from the table's pricing, which the paytable sets out.
