- Verification documents — identity and address, where confirming who you are is required of us.
- Financial records — deposits, withdrawals, stakes, returns and the method used.
- Device and usage — browser, device, approximate location and pages opened, to keep sessions secure.
- Messages — whatever you send the support desk.
Purpose
Why We Hold It
Running the lobby and settling bets. Moving funds in and back out. Checking age and identity. Satisfying anti-money-laundering and record-keeping duties. Catching fraud and account takeover. Answering the support desk. And, strictly where you have agreed to it, sending offers — a consent you can pull at any time, with no effect on the account.

Who Else Sees It
Four groups and no others: the payment companies that move funds, the services that check identity, the game studios behind the titles in our lobby, and the infrastructure suppliers who host and protect the site. Nobody buys it from us, because none of it is for sale. Recipients outside Malaysia receive it only on the safeguards the Act sets out.
Retention
How Long We Keep It
Account and transaction records stay for as long as financial and gambling record-keeping obligations demand, which runs past the closing of an account. Marketing preferences last until you change them. What is needed for neither is deleted.
Your rights
What You Can Ask Of Us
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 gives you the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw a consent you gave, and to stop it being used for direct marketing. Send any of those in through the contact page and we will action it.

Cookies and Local Storage
They hold your session, remember preferences and show us which pages get used. Your browser can block them, and the parts of the site that need a live session will stop working when it does.
Privacy Questions
