M2 Malaysia Login: Sessions, Devices and Staying Signed In
Getting in takes two fields. What people actually ask about is everything after that — how long you stay signed in, what happens on a second device, and why a session sometimes ends on its own.
The basics
Getting In
Select Login, enter your username and password, and you are on the floor. Both are case sensitive. The credentials are the same in a browser and in our app, and so is the account behind them — there is no separate mobile membership and nothing to link up.
Devices
One Account, Several Screens
A session belongs to the device it was opened on. Signing in on a desktop leaves your phone exactly as it was, and both show the same balance because the balance is a property of the account rather than of the session.

Interruptions
When a Session Ends on Its Own
We close sessions that look wrong: a sign-in from a country you have never used, an unrecognised device, or a password change made somewhere else. It reads as an inconvenience and it is a safeguard. Signing in again from your usual handset is normally the whole fix.
A dropped session costs you nothing that was already running. The studio finishes the round at its end whatever happened to your signal, an accepted bet remains accepted, and both surface in your history once you are back. The record is the authority, not the screen you were looking at.

Session and Login Questions
Do I have to log in again on every device?
Once per device. The session then holds until you sign out or we end it, so a laptop sign-in does not disturb the one on your phone.
How long does a session last?
Long enough that you will not notice it on a device you use regularly. It ends when you sign out, when you change your password, or when something about the sign-in looks wrong to us.
Why was I signed out without doing anything?
Usually a security decision on our side - a new country, an unrecognised device, or a password change you made elsewhere. Signing in again from your usual handset normally settles it.
How do I end a session on a device I no longer have?
Change your password. That ends every session everywhere at once, which is faster and more certain than trying to reach the old device.
Is staying signed in safe?
On a handset only you use, yes, especially with biometric unlock on top. On a shared or borrowed device it is not, and a private window plus a deliberate sign-out is the right habit.
Does signing out lose anything?
No. Your balance, history, wagering progress and membership level live on the account, not in the session. Signing out is simply closing the door behind you.
Sign In
Two fields on any device, and the same account behind all of them. Not a member yet? Registration wants a Malaysian mobile number and a couple of minutes. 21+ — confirm you are allowed to play before depositing; the law here is restrictive and Syariah provisions apply to Muslim citizens.
